Nicole and Denise are an Official Duo!”

While visiting Mister C’s Beach Bistro in Allenhurst, I ran into Nicole and Denise, who were entertaining the bar crowd in the lounge area. Most people remember Nicole from “Music By Nicole.” Denise had joined Nicole on guitar before, but now they are an official duo. Speaking with Nicole and Denise, they informed me that they have updated their equipment with a more studio-friendly version. In addition, they are performing a new song, “Out in the Rain,” which includes the sound of a sitar. Denise describes this collaboration as “industrial poppy.” Nicole also recently recorded a jingle for her brother and father for Roseland Security Systems, which gets played on The Breeze 107.1 FM. Since becoming an official duo, Nicole and Denise have added more classic rock into their catalog. While Nicole and myself were both enjoying coffee and ice cream at the Bistro, Nicole revealed that her favorite ice cream is actually mint chocolate chip with peanut butter. Now her fans know what dessert to order for her, when the opportunity presents itself! Nicole and Denise will be appearing at Jack’s Tavern in Belmar on February 9th, CJ Montana’s in Tinton Falls every Wednesday; Mister C’s Beach Bistro in Allehurst on February 15th and 29th; The Four Winds in Manasquan on February 16th- The Grand Victorian in Spring Lake for Sunday Brunch on February 17th; The Colts Neck Inn on February 22nd and the Pilot House in Brick on February 23rd.
